1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used or damaged items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@ayora-store.com with your order number
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your item and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number.
